Since 2010 I attend the Academy of Photography in Amsterdam. While learning about light and techniques my direct interest is in learning about the story an image carries. What does it say? Often, I find, this is associated with a feeling or emotion evoked by the picture.
For this reason I like Une Par Jour as it encourages me to go out each day, no matter how I got out of bed, and shape my emotions into a photograph.
Besides taking pictures I design and build vintage bicycles.
